1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GoalHash ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use GoalHash.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use GoalHash for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Use the AI agents to generate or spread misinformation

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the goals and content you create. By using GoalHash, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service, including passing goal descriptions to AI models for decomposition and progress tracking.

5. Service Availability

GoalHash is provided "as-is" during open beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. AI Agents

GoalHash uses AI agents to help track and update goal progress. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes. You should verify any important information. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated progress updates.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalHash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
